private research project and is now provided for interest and convenience only; we make no
agency recommendations. The only qualification for a site to be listed here is an
expressed interest in adoption from Russia, Kazakstan, or eastern Europe.
So far
over 100 agency sites are listed. I suggest not visiting the sites on
these pages until some "basic research"
has been accomplished.
